- Incorrect sizing (not matching our size chart)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect product, size, or colour chosen by the customer
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Incorrect shipping address or unresponsive recipients
- Incomplete return/refund information provided by the customer
4. Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. How to Return an Item

- Reason for return or refund
- Shipping label
- 3 clear photos showing the issue
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

9. Delayed or Missing Refund
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
