1. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.

2. Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We accept returns and refunds for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing or printing defects
  • Incorrect sizing (not matching our size chart)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect product, size, or colour chosen by the customer
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Incorrect shipping address or unresponsive recipients
  • Incomplete return/refund information provided by the customer

 

4. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.

 

6. Refund Process

  • We’ll inspect your returned item and notify you of the decision within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

8. How to Return an Item

    • Reason for return or refund
    • Shipping label
    • 3 clear photos showing the issue
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

9. Delayed or Missing Refund

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing may take a few days).
  3. Still no refund? Contact us with your order number, date, and refund amount.
